Squash leather

My first attempt at fruit leather. In this case it is Hubbard squash from last year.

2 C squash
1/2 C honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg

So far so good. It is in the oven still.
